Nadine Gol
owner, Builder, Host
Born into a steel mill family in Cleveland, Ohio, I learned the values of hard work, discipline, and organization from my parents at an early age. Unfinished work was never tolerated, and timelines became second nature in my family, as molten steel doesn’t wait. After high school, I interned for an engineering firm while pursuing my degree at Cuyahoga Community College. I entered the medical field at the very bottom of the totem pole, eventually rising to the position of manager for OPTUM Clinics in Houston, a subsidiary of United Health Group, a Fortune 25 company. During that time, I oversaw the opening of numerous clinics and conducted quality control on clinic construction.
After leaving the corporate world in 2014, I transitioned into ground-up building and renovating historic houses for myself, completing over 20+ houses between 2014 and 2017. In 2018 I started offering my services to public. For the past 6 years, I have been actively engaged in building and renovating houses and commercial spaces from the ground up.
I host a design podcast which takes me around the world in search of top designers.
Emre Gol
owner, Builder, Host
Born into a family deeply rooted in law, real estate, and development, Emre Gol was introduced to the construction industry at an early age. His mother was a prominent construction attorney in Turkey and was listed by the U.S. Embassy as a preferred attorney for Americans seeking assistance with construction and real estate matters. His father was a real estate developer who developed more than 250 summer homes throughout Turkey’s Aegean and Mediterranean regions, including destinations such as Bodrum and Kusadası.
Growing up around both sides of the industry gave Emre a unique foundation: the legal and contractual side of construction from his mother, and the operational and development side from his father.
His education and career eventually took him around the world. After studying German in Germany and Business Administration in Turkey, Emre moved to California at age 21 to pursue graduate studies at California State University, Fullerton.
Emre later built and managed retail construction projects across 24 states, with projects ranging from Universal Studios to some of the most prestigious shopping destinations in the United States. That experience exposed him to complex construction environments where organization, scheduling, quality control, and attention to detail were essential.

Nathan will be a proud John Cooper School alumnus, graduating with the Class of 2027. Since the age of 16, he has spent his summers working alongside our crews on jobsites, gaining hands-on experience and learning the construction industry from the ground up.
