We also digitally model your space to create 3D renderings so you can visualize the finished project before construction has even begun. We’ll also create detailed materials lists with quantities, pricing, and active links so you can visualize every part of your project, right down to the hardware.
As a part of our design services your NG Platinum Homes designer will start by drafting a number of initial layout options for your space to review. We are happy to revisit these 2D layouts as needed, taking your feedback into consideration, so we can proceed with developing a single option. At this point, we will provide you with a list of proposed materials, based on our initial discussion, and any additional inspiration you may have sent us in the meantime.
We will also model the space in 3D so you can see how these proposed materials would look and feel in the space.

Revisions can be made until you are 100% satisfied. Only when the Design-Build team and the homeowner feels confident in the design, layout, and the construction specifications will this phase be considered complete.
The design process can take 3-6 weeks and up, depending upon how quickly you are able to get back to us, as well as the nature and number of the revisions that are requested.
