Professional Design Services For Your Home Remodeling in Houston and Dallas

We utilize a variety of industry-standard techniques to visualize and clarify your dream project. Using the best software products available like Cabinet Vision we create floor plans, elevations, and all the details. We also digitally model your space to create 3D renderings so you can visualize the finished project before construction has even begun. We’ll also create detailed materials lists with quantities, pricing, and active links so you can visualize every part of your project, right down to the hardware.

As a part of our design services your NG Platinum Homes designer will start by drafting a number of initial layout options for your space to review. We are happy to revisit these 2D layouts as needed, taking your feedback into consideration, so we can proceed with developing a single option. At this point, we will provide you with a list of proposed materials, based on our initial discussion, and any additional inspiration you may have sent us in the meantime.

We will also model the space in 3D so you can see how these proposed materials would look and feel in the space.

Revisions can be made until you are 100% satisfied. Only when the Design-Build team and the homeowner feels confident in the design, layout, and the construction specifications will this phase be considered complete.

The design process can take 3-6 weeks and up, depending upon how quickly you are able to get back to us, as well as the nature and number of the revisions that are requested.

NG Platinum Homes completed a total universal design/ handicapable bathroom for us in August 2022. The process took six weeks during which the typical builder’s master bathroom was demolished to the studs and the foundation was rebuilt with a new shower pan with the proper grading for a curbless shower. Two doorways were modified to enlarge the openings. The former shower stall became a built in closet with adjustable shelves; lighting was updated with LED fixtures; faucets were installed with pull out sprayers; an exhaust fan with a light, nightlight and heater was also installed, as well as a new shower system. Every surface was updated and every wall repainted. Throughout the whole process NG Platinum Homes was supervising and dropping in to check on the details and progress. There was daily communication. The workers were all courteous and respectful of our home environment. We became familiar with them and felt comfortable with their presence. We now have a bathroom that will allow anyone to safely shower regardless of any physical limitations caused by injuries, surgeries, medical conditions, or advanced age. NG Platinum Homes did our bathroom, let me start by this, I was a plant manager for 40+ years, I know construction very well, we hired this company after going through all the materials they were going to use for our bathroom. The materials they use are not your regular Home Depot items, they use industrial grade everything, our bathroom is built like a rock, zero chance of mold, water intrusion or water vapor intrusion (We have a steam bath)Owner Nadine went from tile store to tile store in the city. She knew almost every store manager, they call her first if the tile you have been waiting for put back in stock.She also gave us great design ideas, you can tell she knows her stuff. Every night we were updated with emails, a brief explanation of f what was done for the day and what was coming up next day. This is not even the best part of our remodeling project.Her crew is AMAZING, every morning they put new plastic covers on furniture, doorways etc, every night after work they replaced the covers so we can resume our normal life for the night. In the morning they put new covers on again. Every night the entire work area was cleaned. Chris on r project manager warned us before loud tools start and we stepped out of the house, he did that multiple times a day for 2 weeks.Every night he cleaned any kind of dust no matter where it was.They gave us work hours and stuck with it until everything was completed. If they said they'd be there at 8:30. They were there at 8:30. All the crew was courteous, there was no smoking, loud music or any kind of nuisance. Cleanliness can NOT be matchedThis company is not cheap but service is unmatched.
